In 2004, the company's product sales exceeded the 100 million mark, the highest record since the establishment of the factory, and ranked among the top three detonator manufacturers in the national civil explosive industry.

In January 2005, the company reorganized with Changzhi Printing Plant.

In August 2006, the company received the new production license, the total production capacity is 160 million rounds/year, of which, the industrial electric detonator 140 million rounds/year, the fire detonator 15 million rounds, the detonator 5 million rounds.

In June 2006, the Group's dairy production line for processing 100 tons of fresh milk per day was put into operation.

In September 2006, the company reorganized with Changzhi Jinxing Chemical Co., LTD.

In November 2006, the Group was approved to build a new production line of colloid-emulsion explosive with an annual output of 12,000 tons, a modified ANFO production line with an annual output of 12,000 tons, and a detonating tube and detonator production line with an annual output of 20 million rounds.

In 2006, the company sold 165.42 million detonators, setting a factory record.
